2. Files may not contain copyrighted materials. This includes most plays, television programs, motion pictures and music.
3. Files should not contain slanderous or obscene material.
4. Preferred file lengths are 60 minutes, 30 minutes, 15 minutes and PSAs under 5 minutes.
5. Files must be uploaded in MPEG2 Format
6. Files of poor technical quality will not be accepted.
7. Files with poor audio will not be accepted.
8. PAGANDAD reserves the right to preview any programs.
